Refund policy

We hope you and your little ones love your Postie Company products as much as we do.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us prior to returning your order via our Contact Us page, stating:

Your invoice/order number 

The reason for your return 

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original condition 

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible 

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.

If you would prefer a different item, please follow our returns process and place a new order for your preferred product.

Faulty Products

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as possible via email, along with a photo of the fault, so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
